TD42 turbo to inlet manifold pipe

Looking for ideas to replace the one piece( short hose at turbo outlet)cross over pipe between turbo and inlet manifold . Just a long process to get tappet cover off . It’s a aftermarket turbo . Thanks

Having a front mount intercooler is the only way I can think of...

Not much you can do apart from what mudski said. Having saying that bolt clamps should only take a couple of minutes to undo and take the pipe off.
