    Can i replace a TD48 by a TD42?

    Good morning

    My car is a two door jeep with VIN # JN1KDSY61Z0500093. The engine (tD48) is completely worn out and I have an offer for a TD42 . Is it compatible ? Will the housing fit on the transmission ? ECU won't be an issue?
