2008 gu

I have been looking at a 2008 st gu. Has anyone had any major problems with these models? I have moved up a few years in hopes of avoiding any "grenading" type issue and want a good long run oit of it. Standing at 240xxx kms for $15,000 is this a decent buy?

Same vehicle (since new) 170,000kms and have had no real problems.
Installed NADS @ 60,0000 kms. Only 10% city driving/live rural, EGR pipe split @150,0000kms (no issue for me).
Have always serviced it myself (oil change every 5000kms). Have only replaced belt tensioner x 1, required exhaust manifold to be machined (2 failed studs, new gasket and installed inconel studs), replaced rotors/pads(expected).
Few upgrades to suit me: Turbo h/f, TIG IC, upgraded induction(they like to breath easy). Certainly would not sell mine for $15,000.

If yours relatively stock and in good condition recon you have a good buy.

If not installed, consider doing NADS, especially a catch can.
