Yes thought snorkel was the intended word(all good).
Cooler inlet/outlet placement is my major concern. The cooler I am looking at also has entries @ bottom of tanks and is reason for need to replace my Genuine bar. Checking out Raslarr and their mounting plates look like they will provide the clearance suitable for my set up. Sounds like their product QC has improved over last 5yrs (will see).
Noted that U are using 3" for cooler ducting also, scaled pictures.
Have got hold of the FMIC drawing and have measured up factory bull bar mounts and would need to cut away a bit off factory bull bar mount "rear stay/gusset" above chassis rail to fit cooler(Aft of mount crush zones).
Concerned that bar would not be compliant with ADRs/airbag requirements. Any comments?
FMIC Install_Finished doing some slight mods to the factory bull bar mounts and cutting in hot/cold induction pipe entries to accommodate the PDI bar and plate cooler. Working on re-positioning pwr steering cooler.
Retained the factory bull bar, made it work, had to flip cooler but will use 2x45° silicon elbows to hook up hot/cold side (2.5" piping). Been some fun times, easier when you look back.
As shown above, had proposed to flip the FM cooler because the hot side tank 2.5" outlet (low on drivers side) fowled with the A/C condenser pipe(bottom loop). Did not like flipping cooler at all so have decided to have the outlet spigot position changed (lift it by 60mm) to clear A/C pipe and also to use least # of bends.
To fit the PDI FM cooler_Need to fit new center brkt under bonnet latch, down to the bottom radiator spt member and mount the Pwr steering cooler behind this brkt. I flipped the power steering cooler to get it closer to the A/C condenser and modified the center and passenger side existing brackets to secure it in new place. Worked well and my new nutsert tool came in handy.
Packed up the FM cooler to send it to PDI to relocate spigot pipe (lift 60mm) in cold tank.
Then this morning had to put all back together (with top mount) for rego inspection, the mechanic knows that their is always something changing with the vehicle and looked and let it pass so this is good and comment was it goes well.
Wait for the return of front mount(cold side spigot mod)

Air Con Condenser Re-position (lift and pushed back towards radiator)
Have been a bit concerned with modifying the spigot position on the FMIC cold tank, with how the pipes would line up.
Decided to look at possible ways to get around the problem of the A/C condenser pipe loop fowling the cooler outlet.
I have solved the alignment issue by lifting the A/C condenser up (approx 20mm) up and pushing it in back towards the radiator (25mm) and was able to get the loop not to protrude past the front radiator support panel. Just need to make up a couple of replacement rubber absorption brackets for the bottom of the condenser for attached to bottom radiator support member.
Small metal removal in bottom corners of radiator spt panel.
Do not need to modify FMIC and the pipes should line up as designed.
The A/C condenser was lifted and moved back so the condenser (driver side) bottom loop would not fowl the cold side piping and made up new bottom brkts each with rubber isolator.
