Not a patrol owner, but my landy has a SD33na

Just looking around for a manual for a SD33NA that was swapped into my 87 Defender long before I bought it. I believe it was in a MQ Patrol before donating its engine. My search for a manual comes from an intermittent ticking sound that recently started to occur when my engine reaches operating temp and revs drop down to slightly above idle. Isolated it to the front cylinder and had the injector tested and its only down 6% efficiency and not leaking so I'm looking into checking out the valve lash but I am in need of the specs

Does this engine have a timing chain? Could be stretched and its slapping when the load comes off it.
