Nothing on dash working, engine cuts out after 10seconds

Hi

This is my first post and I'm really hoping someone will be able to share some knowledge.

Today while refastening my inner guard deflectors, i accidentally screwed a screw into the main wiring loom. It has, with the battery connected, exposed a blue/white wire, and two yellow/red wires

Now my engine will only run for 10-15seconds, and nothing on the dash is working excepts all the lights, and fuel gauge

If anyone can shed any light that would be greatly appreciated
