Dual battery wiring 8b&s to 3mm control panel socket

Hi all.

First attempt installing dual battery with 1225d redarc bcdc charger next week. I'm going through my planning and confident enough. I've installed UHF radios and before.

I am new to this and want to do it myself to both learn a new skill and then be able to better fault find in future.

My question related to running the red 8b&s 6 gauge cable from the aux battery back into the rear where I have a baintech Gu wagon control panel which has a spade terminal socket. What is the best way to join the 6 guage to the control panel?
