2015 Y62 Harrop supercharged - rich iddle black smoke
Hey guys,
i own a 2015 Nissan Patrol , running perfectly , i decided to go forced induction so i installed the Harrop supercharger a year ago , car was great.
i'm facing an issue right now i said ide share it with you guys :
its running so rich at iddle , black smoke , rough iddle.....
i replaced the :
- spark plugs - brand new
- Fuel pump high pressure - brand new
- all new injectors x 8
- timing chains and new fuel pump cam lob
- MAF Sensor - brand new
- fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rails - replaced them with 2 ones in perfect conditions
- Replaced the ECU
still same problem...
can anyone help ?

Take it to a workshop who has the know how and right tools for the job, rather than just replacing things until the issue is gone. The amount you have spent already in replacing things could possibly be less than what it actually cost to fix it from a workshop.

The workshop who tried obviously doesn't...

Does it start and run fine when engine is first started from dead cold ?
If it does, it could be a faulty coolant/engine temp sensor telling the ECU to add extra fuel, if so, then the ECU could be always using the cold start up mixtures (very rich) ?
