TB42E temp guage

Hey lads, recently picked up a 92 model efi patrol and the temp guage doesn’t work, guage gets to maybe 1/4 and that’s it, I put in a new temp sensor and was wondering if my thermostat might be stuffed as my heater also seems piss weak.

its pretty normal to not go any higher, 1/4 was about 82-83 deg, with half being about 87-88. you dont need to worry unless it hits the red
