GU Patrol ZD30 common rail not starting
hi there. I have recently converted my patrol from diesel injection to common rail. now car wont start at all. I have changed the loom and computer, I have noticed if I keep pumping the hand pump that it will not stay firm it will go back to being soft. I put carby cleaner in the throttle and bang it starts but once it runs out of carby cleaner it will stop.

Have you changed the NATS and the chip in the key to the new computer?

I have changed accelerator pedal, computer, loom and ignition barrel. But im still waiting on a airflow meter as the new loom has 5 pins and the old one has 4 so its not currently plugged in.

When you turn the igniton ON with the key and all the dash lights come ON, does the flashing NATS light on top of the dash STOP flashing?
