    Idle problem

Fellas I just finished the head gasket replacement on my GQ TB42e and find my idle is too high at 1100
rpm when warm. I've done all the normal checks made sure the cable was a bit slack with no pedal but still no change. Prior to the headgasket blowing it would idle at 750ish rpm. Any help would be appreciated.

As it was fine before you had it all apart, could be a vacume leak from a hose not being connected
