I was planning on putting the spotties on top of the bulbar, I know this is illegal, but I heard that if you get a mechanic/engineer to 'install' them - then if there is an accident, the liability falls on them.

Hmmmm sorry mate but whether or not that statement is true, which I highly doubt.... That would be a pretty low act to put the onus on your mechanic/installer just because you like the look of spotties on top of the bar.........

I honestly doubt it too haha but that's what I heard
I don't really like them on top of the bar, just don't want them in front of the grill so I don't cook my engine 😂
