Doors lock and unlock randomly whilst driving, 2002 wagon

Recently all 5 doors on my 2002 wagon have randomly starting to lock and than unlock whilst driving, i haven't been able to detect any one thing that causes this to start happening, when vehicle is turned off you can lock and unlock with the key no issues.
Any ideas would be appreciated!!!

Similar happens on my 1999 when it is cold. Sometimes it locks itself when I close the drivers door, it also happened while driving on rough roads/pothole. I think it must be something with a switch in drivers door locking mechanism. To me it looks like that a car get the same signal as if I lock driver's door with the key.
