Stevo from Variety 4WD "Aussie Rock"
Good morning Nissan Patrol owners,
I've just joined your forum
I'm setting up a 1999 GU 4.5 litre petrol Patrol for a Charity fundraising event. The Variety 4WD Adventure - from Mission Beach, to Arnhem Land, Kakadu, then Darwin. Round trip from Brisbane and back is about 9,800km's.
I have been doing the Variety Bash for over 10 years and raised over $275,000 for Variety in my 1978 Ford Fairlane, but this is my first 4WD event and the first 4WD I've owned so have a lot to learn from experienced people like yourselves.
By the way my Bash car has a 4,000w sound system on the roof, and the Patrol has a 3,000w system so we pump out good Aussie Rock music for the kids (and Adults) as we travel round Australia.
Hence the name - "Aussie Rock"
