A few problems

Hi everyone I'm Andy thanks for everything in advance, I just bought a 2008 DX Y61 3lt turbo diesel got it home and there are a few things I'm not sure are right one it so any help would be awesome.
1. drivers door locks with key all other locks lock however drivers door opens and unlocks not securing vehicle?
2. After turning vehicle off the A/C fans, park lights and a buzzer sound even if keys are out and they stay on for quite a few minutes have found a fuze under bonnet that stops but I'd rather try to fix.
3. Sub fuel tank stays on can't switch off?

Any ideas on where I can start looking to fix these.

Sounds like the same sort of problems I got when some rats gnawed on a wiring loom and mashed some wires together in our Yota van. Also had a similar problem when a wire got hot and melted to some others.
