    Gq brake compinsator. Adjustment.

Hi. Which way do i adjust the compinsator to increase the rear braking.
Why do I want to adust it. Well I've gone from 3inch lift to a 2inch lift.
I screwed the adjusted out . Tryed it.srewed it in and no real difference. Got the manual out no real info.
So which way is more braking pressure.

The less tension on the spring the more brakes to the rear. It's designed so if you load it up and it drops in the rear you get more braking pressure.. i think haha

I screwed the adjusting screw right in.

More spring tension =more rear brake.
Dont adjust the bolt,it's preset to correct length.
Does it have an extension bracket fitted for the 3 inch lift?
If it does you'll need to shorten it to suit the 2 inch lift.
The bracket that attaches to diff is slotted...gives a small amount of adjustment.
    Hope this helps you
