First time 4wd owner - GU III TB48DE WA based
Hi All,
first time 4wd owner, Perth based with Denmark a 2nd option! hahahaha
Really needed a tow vehicle (shortish trips) and had a limited budget. Ended up with a 2004 4.8L ST auto. 230k's
I'm keen to know where people take their cars for servicing in the Perth (Freo area), some good Patrol wreckers people use and where to get generic consumables like brake parts, bushes etc etc.
Also any good FB based pages I should be part of?
Anything I should know about the car I'm happy to listen - oh, and if I fall in love with it - who do I see about turbo additions and tuning issues with auto's.
Cheers Peter :-)

Hello and welcome to the forum.
As I lay there looking up, taking in the spectacular view that was the night sky and the multitude of stars I asked myself, where did my tent go?

Hi Peter, tidy looking unit. I don't suppose any of your mates are jealous enough to want one as well? I have one for sale
Cheers

Cheers all :-)
I'm sure I'll be asking lots of questions - will try use the search function first though hahaha
A quick one - one of my rear black plastic flares is a bit flimsy - can you just glue them back a bit or do they have dodgy plastic clips?

welcome to the forum Peter, nice looking rig
Robson brothers would be a good start for your servicing, expensive (I have been told), but reliable and do good work
parts...... just have to search Facebook market place - some times a bargain, sometimes not

cheers Big col. I'll probably get in touch for a basic quote.
Patrol wreckers in Perth - might be after a good condition drivers seat.
