GU Y61 Reverse Switch Hex was rounded off

    Hi Everyone,

Need some help with removing a reverse switch off my 99 GU. It seems the previous owner had tried to remove it because I can see the hex has been rounded off.
I can access it fine with an open spanner and enough room turn but it will damage the hex further.

    Any suggestions?

Sometimes shocking it with a tap of a hammer will break the "seal"
or use a 6 hex socket. Good to hear you removed it ok
04 ST 3lt auto, not enough Mods to keep me happy, but getting there
