    Sand Flags / Mine Whips

    G’day Team,
Looking to safely take our girls over some sand dunes in early 2019 for their first times.
Was kindly hoping for some top advice on Flag/Whip brands, lasting quality, legally required heights if any?
    Many thanks in advance!
    Mark & Family

Dis em pella lik lik one we usem on sky pella rack https://www.autoelec.com.au/mine-whi...ht-safety-sand

Legally req'd heights, colours etc vary with the state, industry or bodies involved, some have min heights and some have max heights... dune buggies are 4 metres min, some mine sites are 3.5 metres max for example while the simmo is 3.5 min... go figure
Legally req'd sizes and reflective tape yes/no are a similar mish mash altho 'legally' isn't the right word I spose, should be arbitary

When we get chipped by overzealous mine site OSH nazis cause the size is 0.05mm under their reg and the cable ties don't all point the same way we just tell em "Eff off we're from the Guv mate, ya wanted a flag we got a flag"

    https://www.fleetcrew.com.au/mine-sp...-vehicle-hire/

... might add the latest jobbies I've seen are a bright as F$#% LED wand style which kinda don't comply with anyone but are easily the most visible esp in the red shit up north

Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.

Got mine from eBay mate. It’s a 3 piece job with air fitting clip bit in the end. I have a spare bracket here for you mate if you need. They come as a pair and I only needed one.

I just used a bike flag mounted on the front of the roof rack which would have been ok for height but not for flag area .
And if you think that's rough of the 10 cars doing big red only one had a flag (mine) and only two had CB radios.

Just re-read E.T’s intial lead and thinking of going up top on the rack now too, less wind issues being shorter up top at higher speeds maybe?
