Side body door molding for 2003 GU Patrol

Removed the side body moldings as they were cracked and starting to come off. Anyway they wont be going back on as they have had it so Ive been looking around for something to replace them with. As I now have holes in my doors from the clips that helped keep these moldings in place I need a molding that is a minimum of 2" to cover these holes. Ive looked far and wide and cant find anything in OZ that would be suitable, anyone got any suggestions on replacement side body molding for a GU Patrol?

I would imagine that it would be hard to get these body molding off in one piece to be used over again. I snapped a rear one getting them off and any heat and they warp to buggery hence why I am looking for an alternative solution.

Depends on how you get them off I suppose...
