2001 ZD30 GU Patrol engine light on and low on power..?

First time poster long time browser

As the title suggest i have a 2001 zd30 gu patrol with 198k on the clock

After coming back from a few weeks away the engine light is on and wont turn off with turning the car on and off again and a severe lack of power

It has had issues starting for some time now when cold and once before the engine light has come on but with turning it on and off it went away. It runs fine and doesn't sound like there's anything noticeably wrong apart from the power being way down

i went through the error codes to see if i could find out some more info and i've got these showing;
0102
0403
0406
0703
1401

Any advice would be greatly appreciated,
