I recently (a couple of months ago) purchased a brand-new 2018 Nissan Super Safari (TB48DE engine) SWB (Automatic 5-speed Transmission) straight from the local Nissan dealer - Yes, these are still available at least in our market.
I have noticed slight vibrations mostly prominent at exactly 25 km/h. anything above or below that and the prominent (but slight) vibration will subside. Also, I notice that the gear changes are not buttery smooth (i.e. sometimes I would feel a very slight but noticeable rough gear change and other times it is smooth). It is my first ever Nissan safari vehicle and my first ever four wheel drive vehicle overall so I am not completely aware of how these beasts of a machine really operate and what to expect from them.
Get the wheels balanced again. From somewhere different if you already have done this. Vibrations that go and come due to speed difference tells me its bad wheel balance. As for the gear change issue. No idea sorry.
Nice ride too man!
