Rough running at idle

Hi guys, after some help yesterday while driving to work my 07 zd30 was running rough at idle was fine when had revs but would want to stall at lights. On the way home was the same then the engine light came on went into limp mode. And stopped. Got it towed home. Has anyone had anything like this before?

A few weeks ago the fuel pump was replaced I'm hoping it's got nothing to do with that.
