Assuming its a 3Ltr... These motors are heavy breathers. If the intercooler is original, I'd dare say its leaking. Best thing to do is replace the intercooler and fit a catcg can to can the oily vapours from the motor before they re enter the intake.

Just been through something similar, a leak in the intercooler will show as a black mist (or worse) on the actual intercooler. This looks like a leak from the hose to pipe connection. Pretty easy to remove the intercooler and hoses to check.
If no holes clean it up also clean the hoses and refit, make sure to use continuous pressure house clamps.
If it’s stuffed get an aftermarket ting welded Intercooler and after market hoses, cheaper and better than the original.
Also if you do fit a catch can, make sure you get a genuine Provent 200 DON’T get a cheap copy.

Legendary
Maybe intercooler as suggested above. I have also had a leaky rocker cover gasket cause oil to run along the side of the motor and come out quite a distance from the actual leak.

With that amount of oil the intercooler will have to be leaking quite bad. As mentioned, check the rocker cover and injector seals.

Patrol God
The oily areas in the photos are soaked with oil.
For the intercooler to leak THAT much, you'd have to have serious boost loss and/or performance loss.
Personally, I highly doubt the intercooler is the culprit in this case.
