New E Locker and SMF Clutch kit.

Hi All,

Had the diff overhauled about 3 months ago. During oil change found bits of metal in rear diff. It was the LSD clutch pack failing.

After doing a hell of a lot of research I decided to go down the path of an E Locker including a full rebuild of the diff. Very happy.

Ditched the dual mass flywheel and went for the SMF with Exedy Safari clutch kit. It is true about more vibration. Quite alarming really. The trick is to be in the right gear.

No more going around corners in third. Gearing down 1 gear eliminates the vibration. In most situations just gearing down 1 gear eliminates all vibration.
