Recaro Seats

Hi guys, just bought a set of recaro's to install into my Gu patrol ute. Having trouble chasing the base frames to suit? Any advise will be good

Recaro make a Patrol mount.

I have Stratos suspension seat in my GU Patrol Ute and the mount they supply with the seat is made by Recaro... just bolts straight in.

Took me all of 30 minutes to pull the old seat out and put the Stratos in...

Indeed there are a few rail options for 'standard' and 'suspension' seats as the suspension base needs to sit lower

Gave Melbourne recaro a call they wont supply base frames to second hand seats, any other options out there anyone knows about.

If it was then try for Autotechnica Rail Kits or perhaps give a Stratos Dealer a ring.
Stratos happily do their seats but use Recaro rail kits for whatever reason

I have bought Recaro rails in the past no problems at all and they are all over Ebay etc (but no Patrol ones lately) but maybe they have changed policy

Yeah thats the mob for some reason they have changed there policy.
Yeah i will give those two a try tomorrow and let you know how i go.

ARB also sell them from Ideal seats and I am pretty sure they won't have the same hesitation.
