Something doesn't quite add up .... where abouts are you based?
The Nissan Diffs are fairly rugged so it seems to me like there is something else at play, like a broken CV, Hub, or even something as stupid as the seller has removed their diff locker and put in the wrong diff ratio to sell it off as that was the only one they could find that was handy.
If you can do it, get it up on a hoist, and then put it in 4wd, mark the wheels with chalk at the bottom and turn the tailshaft by hand to see if all four wheels return to the same spot after one revolution, or you can hear any noises.....
GU PATROL 2011 Ti, with goodies...

Welcome to the forum. Keep them as spares and and fit a locker in the front diff so you can then can fit it in the vehicle with minimal fuss. Are you testing the 4wd on a paved surface? That will cause the vehicle to buck and shudder like crazy as the diffs suffer from "wind up" and you can break things.
