1998 gu nissan patrol rd28

Hey fellas im having some trouble with my car when i start her up in the mornings she starts fine and then i turn the engine heater on to warm up (not the ac heater) and it kinda feels like its missfiring, runs really rough and blows alot of white/blue smoke also been noted that its quite underpowered even for a RD28. Could it be the injector pump or injectors themselfs?

Also if anyone has found a diagnostic reader that works with the RD28 could you please notify me what you used? As i bought the OBD2 and converter and it doesnt read my ECU unfortunately.
