    Yes, it looks like aftermarket elec which worries me!!!

    I'd say its just the mechanisms for the window has totally been removed looking at that pic and you should be able to remove your manual one from your door straight over

    Confirming it is a straight swap over but you also have to remove the brace under the window itself as they are different.

    This is a slight PITA as there are little plastic tabs that are glued onto the base of the windows with nutserts that hold a bracket which holds the manual scissor type mechanism on the front windows being larger and a one way "scissor" type mech on the rear windows being smaller.

    They are very fragile being a 25 year old car and I snapped one damn it but it looks to be an easy swap over.

    Unscrew the LHS mount of the door handle to take out the elec mech runner too, that took me a while to figure that out and the grinder may have come out before I worked that bit out!!!
