Cheers Again Philstar, Do Really Appreciate Educational Chats Brother OFF
The old now scrub truck (without tray) is way too light these days, more than happy to load up its arse end for added traction and lighter again add 6x Expedition Boxes MAX to come full of good needed bits & bobs :-)

The never ending rear winch installation has taken another turn now.
Looking to install it on the GQ ute build hopefully throughout February 2021
Was hoping here for some final electrical advice please gentlemen so I can purchase some wire for this design below if you think this could work best hopefully too?

Trying to isolate the 170amp deep cycle away from from winch loading and to keep the 12v Optima’s parallel connected for greater oomph winching front or back.
Any design flaws or better suggestions would be greatly appreciated and I do also please need expert wire size choice for the long distance back to the twin motor Mule power hog
    Cheers Mark

Does anyone out there kindly know what correct size & thread pitch our GU utes rear outer chassis end bolt holes are?

Would like to securely bolt in place these plates with correct size 8.8 grades before welding next steps pretty please

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Rear winch cradle got its final pressure pack paint this morning and final mounting to the GQ ute:

Matfew & Rossco kindly spent a big afternoon/evening assisting with wiring/lifting & heaps of other Super Appreciative Build Help LEGENDS

Unfortunately the twin motor beast is running backwards for some reason and won’t rotate the opposite way either.
Posting this old schematic with notes below from my aged purchased although they were acronym line followed exactly with some contradictions found on the 1,2,3,4 locations of coloured lines out of the control box.

Contacting Sherpa in the morning QLD time for technical assistance as they were fantastic throughout the original purchase some years ago now
