Audio Upgrade for ute

Hi guys
I am looking at getting the whole stereo in my car sorted. I don't know very much about sound systems at all. I'm hoping some of you guys have done your sound systems. What will I need for a good system with lots of bass, good quality sound and bluetooth capability? I know that I need a bluetooth headunit, quality amplifier, good subwoofer(looking at getting a boxed one for behind the seat), and some decent speakers. Are there any other things I need? are there any hidden nasties when doing a sound system that I should know about?
