Yeah I'm similar to Bennys figures but didn't say anything as not sure if heavier gu would make much difference.

Only time I was getting 16 litres was towing the 1T pop top.

Mines not intercooled, but fully loaded across the simpson desert it averaged 14L/100. Daily driving it averages 11L (without the gas injection)
16L seems excessive ??? And I dont generally drive like a nanna.

Going to be interesting to see if I get an improvement in fuel economy I was getting around 18 litres to the hundred I reckon and that's around town but I did get as low as 15 so maybe pump is the problem.

The worst consumption was all related to the pump setup. It had huge amounts of off boost fuel, last time I put it on a bench I reduced the offboost fuel by about 45%
Never got a chance to test it properly though general obsevation showed an improvement, but no figures to validate.
Seems I stand to be corrected. It was just my observations from speaking with other owners whilst chatting at different workshops. My GU sits just on 3T with full tanks. So its not light.
I do believe mine is in dire need of a decent tune though as my last Christmas trip towing the camper, I had to hit the reserve tank button around 80ks earlier than every other time before doing the same trip. And my water temps were higher than usual too. Coincidence? Im more concerned about the water temps than the fuel usage though...But I have zero time now to get it done so it will just leave it.

On a stone cold start is it a bit grumpy for the first few seconds?

Only if I haven't driven it for over a week or two. I'll add to my above comment Benny that this is only after since getting new injectors installed too.
