Sherpa Solenoid box install to ARB bar.... Help
Has anyone fit their Sherpa control box to an ARB bar??? My first DIY install and it's confusing the hell out of me.... Fitting the winch is no issue just this control box and the brackets that come with it
Cheers

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

What car is it going on? basically those brackets are a Universal Fit system. there is No right answer. Use any or all of them to mount that box wherever you like. Depending on how much cable you got you could put that under the bonnet if the cables reach. If its on a GUIV with a ARB Deluxe bar then anywhere behind the grill of one of the braces. All you need is to reach that plug to plug in.
If you open that box you will find a solid state solenoid and you really dont even need that box. I split my box (Different brand) and mounted that plug remotely through my Grill and it is the only thing visible.
