My first unfortunate experience too some 25+ years ago was roughly 1/2 filling-topping up our old boys 2.4TD beloved Hilux with Leaded local pump change colours:-(

Good outcome Jack. Cold even perhaps add a touch of 2-stroke to dilute the rest of the Petrol.
Is it bad that I watched my workmate fill up one of our D4D luxes with Unleaded a few years ago, and said nothing!?
I just wanted to see what would happen. It actually chugged along for a while, much longer than i anticipated, before the common rail system chucked a fit....
