Seat belt light comes on under heavy exceleration .n

Got your attention, normally under heavy exceleration the orange light would come on for this problem, which is an imbalance on each side of the air cleaner. Now that light stays out. Now the seat belt light comes on instead. Very strange , only started while for wheel driving over very ruff ground.
I think it has to be Speedo cluster problem. This now goes in hand with the off on Speedo.
