My gr y60 with nissan cabstar bd30 engine

Thanks Manuel, I'm always curious to hear about engine conversions and this is a conversion I have not seen before. The BD30 engine looks like a close relative of the TD27 and QD32, do you know if the BD engine is direct injection?
With that much space in front of the engine you have room for a big intercooler.

Yes it is direct injection and cylinder head is not Aluminium as RD28T and therefore did not have overheating problems as RD28T has and still has another advantage that is to spend very little disel.
the flywheel is about almost twice the weight of RD28T giving you an incredible torque, no need to pack on the uphill walk right out of the accelerator and giving back what he answers without using the clutch.

As you can see here a GQ with a engine Cabstar BD30 but with a geometry turbo of the BMW X5 makes these wonders
