    Compression tester issue and fix

This thing gave me a real fright when I did a compression test on mine.

I thought initially the engine was fubar 'cos it was showing 140psi in each cylinder & started looking for my anti anxiety medication in the med box, then realized it made no sense 'cos it is starting and driving just ok.

Here is my solution. Do not always have faith in your compression tester. Have faith in JB Weld, 'cos I have that stuff on the engine block deck as well.

The thing was leaking air from the joint. I opted to JB Weld it rather than buying a new one. Seems to be working fine now.

I forgot to mention, I would JB Weld the joint on both ends, even on a new one. It will ensure no leaks and hissyfits when or if I see low compression due to a leaking compression tester.
