1997 GQ RX 2.8 turbo diesel

Hello everyone, I'm looking for glow plugs for my patrol and I cannot seem to find any for the 2.8? Would the 4.2 glow plugs be fine for my 2.8? And what snorkel would you guys recommend,
    Cheers fellas

Gosso, you can go nissan genuine, you can get the ones you have either exchange reco or REPCO sells injectors to suit without exchange I believe.

I ran a Safari Snorkle however for this engine its an expensive snorkle as you get a replacement filter box as well. If you want to keep your existing air filter you might be able to modify it to suit a snorkle unit only. Where are you located?

What are you on Rossco? In the day, the standard old Safari was about $450, but the 2.8 ran out at close to $850

    Hi mate!

Glow plugs from 4.2 aren't suitable for RD28t.
All TD's glow plugs have a single contact and 12V and RD's have 3 double contacts and 3 single contacts and all of them 6.5 V.

    Genues Nissan parts №:
    double contact 1-3 cyl - 11065-V7202
    single contact 4-6 cyl - 11065-V7203

But! If you take them, you will see the brand NGK on them.

NGK double contact - CX 01 or CX 51
NGK single contact - CZ 01 or CZ 51
I'm Alexander and I'm the happiest owner of GQ Nissan Safari in the whole Central Asia
