GQ tb45 conversion

I got a chance to get a tb45 motor and everything needed for the conversion for a pretty good price .
Just wondering how easy or hard is it going to be to do the conversion in my GQ , the old RB30 just doesn't do it for me
, I've been told it will bolt straight in and also been told I'll create myself a headache
Anybody here done it and can tell me ?

I doubt you could get the ECU to run with the NATS in it.
