Got sick of the shoddy wiring, crap audio and the tiny, hard to control woodgrain steering wheel that the previous owner fitted. I went and bought a good condition GU Steering Wheel and almost brand new Philips touch screen head unit off a guy on Gumtree on saturday and fitted it all yesterday, while removing a milk crate absolutely full of unused and shoddy wiring. Took her for a bit of a wheel after and the new steering wheel makes it a whole lot nicer and easier to drive.

I'm looking very hard on Gumtree etc. for a good condition tray for my ute. The current one is rusted out and has shitty wood for the floor. My Dad reckons we should take it off and restore it. I'm skeptical and want to get a custom one made...What do you guys reckon?

Picked up some near new sliders, brushbars and a new bullbar on Sunday. they were custom built by Ontrack Fabrication and look pretty damn strong. Just gotta fit them now.

You might also notice the primed rear of the cab.
That's another project. I sanded the back of the cab back and primed it. It's now ready for a final sand and respray. I'm just gonna use rattle cans as I don't need it perfect cause it's behind the tray.
    cheers
