May I ask the reason you need the above double terminal adapter?
If you are looking for an adapter like that to add extra batteries there are adapter options out there with isolation switches to allow you to disconnect at will.

It just seemed an easy way out at the time to retain the existing connection and add a second with the same cable end which I already have. I musn't be the only one who ever wanted to do something like this as the double terminal battery option is available as pointed out by ET above. My second battery has the double connections (post and tab) but the crank has just the one.
Yes, there are plenty of other options out there, but that was what I was my first thought.
In any case, it doesn't look like such a device is available so it is probably time to re-think, or even fabricate my own if I really want to go that far. I'm really not going to lose any sleep over this.
