Monitor Lambda for CRD Real Time

Have an interest in being able to monitor Lambda (real time). Have only basic understanding...

Bought an UltraGauge EM Plus v1.2 in anticipation of accessing this parameter. Cannot access the gauge parameters (Lambda: requires voltage or current output of O2 wideband sensor). Parameter reads error. Eng CRD fitted 3" exhaust has a spare 1/4" BSP port in dump pipe. I did use the O2 port for my EGT pyro probe (spare port remaining).

Possible reason as why the gauge parameter is not accessible is that the sensor (Narrow or Wide) monitored by the ECU/ECM is not linked to the OBD-11 connector port.

Any suggestions how to access UltraGauge parameter for Lambda or even AFR command that is read by the ECM?

Or any proven method to monitor Lambda or AFR (real time)?

08 CRD Full NADS/ECU Remap. Thanks

I don't think the ECU supports lambda PID on the CRD motors. You may need use another product for lambda measuring. Quick question where did you get the custom tune for your patrol?

Flex, I have not had a dyno done to date. I had my ECU remapped (postal) done by ECPT (Tuggerah, NSW) last November. Very happy with their work and support. Set my Dawes and needle to suit their spec of Max B 20-22psi and to provide AFR 22:1.

Next week going to visit ECPT for install of reworked ProCharge stage 3 M24 Garrett turbo and Dyno as well. Looking fwd to result.

Diesel Tec in Lilydale, Vic also does some good work I hear.
