Automatic 4.5L petrol, just had major servicing (see photos)

Sub tank not working - could be earthing problem
Drivers seat worn out base - still usable
Spare tyre almost bold
Clear coat peeling down passanger side
Rear window washer doesnt work
Locks and ignition barrel needs replaceing - still all work
Minor body damage
A/C doesnt blow through vents
No log books
Cigarette lighter not working
Wiring under bonnet a mess - will be fixing
Roof rack been cut for roof top tent
