Hi All
I've recently purchased a GQ ST with the 16x8 factory alloy wheels.
Will I have any rubbing problems if I put 305/70/16 tres on it. Cant find any specific answers. I have been searching.

that size is converted to a 33x12.5 and you should have no real trouble if you have a 2" lift

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

So...I ended up gettign 285/75 16s BFG KM2s.
I've had to remove the front mud flaps and they rub on the rear inner guards when flexed up. No scrubbing when just zooming around the dunes. It's pretty close in a few areas so I think the 305 would be just a bit too big.
They work AWESOME in the sand too.

Great tyres KM1/2s Damo, you’ll love em mate! Please do keep us posted on performance as us Vic-Mexicans sadly aren’t allowed on any sand anymore. For now our other great tracks left here suit those for a perfect happy medium brother:-) !
