    TD42 Head Gasket - What's the difference?

Apologies if the answer to this is hiding somewhere, the search button hasn't turned up a definitive answer.

What is the difference in the genuine TD42 head gasket pre/post 1995?

All my research indicates that the heads themselves are the same (excluding the pre-combustion chamber), therefore what is the difference in the gasket? There is a $60-$100 price difference.

Some retails have the pre 95 gasket (1104406J02) showing for all Y60, and post 95 gasket (1104405D02W) for the Y61.

There are a number of recommendations to use the genuine turbo head gasket on a TD42 that has been upgraded with a turbo, however no clear indication if the post '95 gasket is the 'turbo' gasket?

Background - It appears I've done the head gasket in a '93 TD42 'silver top'; running a DTS turbo @ 14psi since 2008.

    Thanks for the bump.

From all of the suppliers I have spoken to both the pre 95 and post 95 options come in the three sizes:
    (1) 1.15mm
    (2) 1.20mm
    (3) 1.25mm

The part numbers listed previously are both the 1.25mm variant.
