Head gaskets - different types
Hey Guys,
Is there any significant difference between below head gaskets for an RB30?
The first one is an el cheapo(by price) & the second one is the normal price for a standard head gasket for a naturally aspirated RB30 engine. I would like to keep an el cheapo one as a backup for future needs, but not sure about it's quality.

Can somebody with more experience with these kinda head gasket stuff post an opinion?
Or anybody with any opinion is still fine.
Thanx

ok personally i wouldnt touch either, the monotorque by acl i have used in the past and it failed about 18 months later, upon stripping it was evident that it hadnt stuck to the block or head at all. as for the second link it doesnt even give a brand.
if expierence from my tb42e is anything to go by use nothing but a genuine nissan gasket with new bolts

Ok, cool thanx mate. I reckon it's money well spent 'cos the failing new head gasket means more trouble.
