Dp chip help needed

I have just installed my dp chip into my gu patrol. I installed everything right im sure but when you rev the engine a red light is soposter flash but its not. The instructions have me confused it says dp grey wire to 23 pin but under it says connect close to 118 pin but its no where near 23. Anyone that has installed one of these can you tell me where grey is soposter go
