I hear ya too. I'm a shift worker and sit on my butt a real lot during work. Try and be as 'normal' as you can. Shift work really stuffs your body clock around.

my shift work involves driving a truck and keeping food fresh in one of those is not easy to say the least,,,, i can eat healthy during the day the problem is bordem at night i eat to make myself feel better just need to bring back the will power a nd dicipline
