Replacing td42 injector return rail
Hey guys just need a point in the right direction of a thread or something to help me replace the return line on my td42 maverick any help would be appreciated as iv never attempted anything like this

Pretty straight forward mate. Undo the injector lines, and the nuts, the rail will come off. Then reverse what you have just done.

Just be careful when undoing and doing up the nuts. As the rail can grab and twist which stuffs the rail. New washers every time....

Lol that was my next question washers, yeah thats how i f#$ked it in the first place lol bleeding injectors and twisted the line im worried about doing this 1

Just hold the banjo section of the rail with some pliers or the like when you tighten the nut up. And go slow.

Cheers for the tips mudski really appreciated I'll give it a crack this weekend see how it goes fingers crossed, I'll duck down repco see if they got one if not I'll grab one online just means waiting longer for parts undoubtedly nissan will charge to much.

As above advice but if you watch it and concentrate you shouldn't break it. Rushing it will though and they do have a little flex in them too.
