Did you just use a trim removal tool to pop the plastic clips out? I don't want the damage them as I want to re-install the rubber seal back.

I'm about to go down this path very soon. My scoop is all painted and ready to go. But the pictures in this thread dont look like what mine is. My seal on the under side of the bonnet is a foam of some sort. I wonder if it has changed for the 2012 year. The rear 4 nuts look like an easy thing but the front two seem to be buried under the foam.
Has any one else come up against this??

Got any pics? As far as i know the design had not changed throughout the series. There is a longer metal plate under there, that has to be removed first.
